The Phoenix of 1899

An archaeological goose chase for anything but a goose!

Lydia Attulus is an up-and-coming archaeologist and wizard trying to find her way out of the shadow of her father's success. There must be work to do somewhere! One local legend in an old corner of Armenia might just be her claim to fame.

The Phoenix of 1899 is a mini point-and-click adventure game featuring a historical high fantasy world with Victorian and traditional Armenian aesthetics, hidden secrets, and puzzles. Expect about 10-20 minutes of play time on the web or by download.

Controls:

-> Arrow keys to move manually.

-> Individual Observe (magnifying glass), Interact (hand), Move To (arrow), and Speak (speech bubble) icons to interact with the world.

-> Drag items together in inventory (carpet bag) to combine/use them, or exit the inventory with an inventory item selected to use it in the world.

-> Save and load a game in the journal.

How to Download and Extract:

1. Click the download button of the WindowsFinal.zip towards the bottom of this page.

2. Extract the zip-file in your computer files.

3. Open the folder and click "Game" with the blue mug icon to play!
